No Service and Bad Attitude

I went to this company to bind some documents. I told them it is urgent and they told me that they will send it to their other branch to bind for me and that I can collect it the next day. Only the next afternoon I went to fetch my document of 467 pages. This gentleman told me he will do it now for me. I told him that it was supposed to be finished as I asked him I needed it urgently and that he told me that he was going to send it to the other branch the day before. With no feeling he said sorry my bad. Not even trying to apologize in a decent manner. So I said I will come back in a little while and I am fuming with anger at this stage. Now after my fourth time and an hour and half later my document was finally ready. Now the VERY RUDE OWNER blames me for their horrible service and charged me more for their bad and very unprofessional service. Now I pay him this extra R27 and he grabbed the money and refused to give me my documents. His employees asked him to give it to me and he refused and this in front of other customers. In this day and age to have service like this is totally unprofessional. I will now spread the word to all my friends, family and clients!
