providing false information

I got to their offices in Bryanston only to find that they have closed and on their website it is written that they close at 16:30. I got here at 16:00 and there was no one. They called me yesterday to find out when am I fetching my order and I told them that I will come the following day and they knew they were going to close earlier or maybe its something that they always do the least they could have done is notify me that they will be here till a certain time since they knew I was coming. It's heartbreaking knowing its a long weekend and I can't find the things that I need anywhere and there's a patient at home that is in need of the material. And their mission is making life easier for people. They definitely don't leave up to their mission its just there to decorate.
