Pathetic Service, Will Never Use Company Again

I have asked Coloplast several times to kindly let me repay over a couple of months and no where have they responded and asked how many months I need to repay based on my affordability, today I get demanded to repay over 3 months, is a client not allowed to be asked how long they need for repayment when the client has notified the company several times of their affordability issues.
