Pathetic Service Recieved

I am horribly disappointed and disgusted with the manner in which Coloplast is treating me. I have asked several times to kindly make payment arrangements but they do not account for this in their payment links that they have sent me and keep demanding the full amount when I have told them several times that I cannot afford to pay the full amount. Today they send me the final demand for payment but why when no where has my payment requirements been accounted for and I have asked several times.
