I would never refer anyone to Coloplast

I am very disgusted and disappointed by the manner in which Coloplast treats me and would not refer anyone to use Coloplast. Coloplast charged me on say the 9th of the month for August Stock and then 2 days later charged me for September Stock and when I tell them that my medical aid says that they should not have done so and that Coloplast needs to charge me at a later date for September, Coloplast turns round and says that it is not their problem when they are the ones who made the mistake and not me and when I inform them that I don’t have money to pay as my income has been affected by Covid they keep demanding their money and don’t allow for payment arrangements even after telling them more than once that my income has been affected by Covid and please can I make payment arrangements.
