Horrible experience

I am a mom of a 1 year old he has an ilestomy and due to that we need to keep on ordering bags from coloplast , they behavior is outrageous and cannot deliver my baby bags on time a nurse by the name of Shirley made us run around for bags and told us to fetch from her house , taking into consideration both my hubby and I work and hence the granny take care of our son , we went after work to Shirley house and she did not open for us my child is suffering due to coloplast negligence and failing to deliver the desired products on time I hope this matter can be taken up to further management at coloplast in Johannesburg , Sandton Katherine street
