DON NOT USE THIS USELESS COMPANY.

I cannot believe how Samantha is still employed by Coloplast. I've read every review and the company do not ever reply. I was given advise on how to purchase your product, firstly they gave me the wrong email address, secondly the wrong code of the product. When the product arrived, I almost immediately emailed to let them know. Not only did they not reply to my emails, I had to call numerous times to be attended too. Eventually someone came to pick up the wrong product and he said someone will contact me to organise a swop. It's been 2 weeks and still no word. I cannot believe how *********** and pathetic this company is. CP-Ticket ***
