Coloplast - Order And Wait Two Weeks

Coloplast went from excellent service to barely functioning. Three days just to receive an invoice. Then you wait a week just to be told "oops, it wasn't dispatched". Happened twice now. If you want anything out of them order a month in advance.

They really should take "Customer Care Specialists" of their e-mail signatures. That, they are not. (Bartosz and Anna are the exceptions.)
