<p>Bought on item on 29 March. Made countless phone calls and follw ups with no feedback. Package arrived 4 days late. They are behind schedule and their warehouse apparently off-line but their warehouse closes everyday at 4pm instead of catching up with backlogs.</p> <p> </p> <p>Onlineshop service desk is inexperienced, have absolutely no s**** in doing her job and when phoned on date of delivery shes not in, neither is anyone appointed to cover the service desk. on three different occasions the manager and/or owner did not call back as promised.</p> <p> </p> <p>Absolutely terrible service.</p>
