ATROCIOUS service

I placed 3 orders with Colombia Sportswear SA's online website. It took them forever to let me know that between all 3 orders they only have about 3 products available to deliver - not sure why they would be selling stock online and taking payment for the stock and then take weeks to let me know that they can't deliver the product they sold to me. The orders were placed 11 and 14th of September. Since then they have not yet managed to refund my money (almost R3000). I have sent my banking details through 3 times already and keep being told that my account is with the accounts department to do the refund but yet I have not received anything. One would seriously expect much more from such a big Company than this so this is a warning to everyone out there - do not trust this website to deliver on their promises!
