It is so nerve wrecking dealing with Colmed. These are people who are out to ******* peoples money. I made payment and they cannot locate my payment. I sent in the proof of payment and still did not get any response. Whenever I call or sent email they charge me. I received an SMS on 2019.05.24 notifying me that my outstanding amount is R333.92. Today Monday 2019.05.27 I received another SMS and stating my amount is now R470.53. I called and spoke to Annete who never had interest to sort this out. No one explained as to how did the amount increased with over R140 over the weekend. These are people out to rip us money. Let us be careful of them.
