Colmed, unprofessional and rude.

I would not recommend this service to anyone. They contacted me on Monday and said that I can contact them via WhatsApp, which I did, with no success. This is not the first time I tried contacting them on WhatsApp. Yesterday they sent me a msg again stating I should contact them, which I already did on Monday, but no one is answering. Then I send them an email on the email they provided, and yes I did check to see if it is correct and it was undelivered. Today at 07:22 I received an SMS, threatening me that they will go to their attorneys if I do not make contact with them and that they tried contacting me( they called ones and I was busy at that moment).

I have no idea how I should make contact with this Michelle person at Colmed, cause clearly this person is not doing her job if their emails are not working and their WhatsApp number is also off.

I have all the msg and the email as proof that I did try making contact so please do take me to the attorney. I will be waiting with the proof.

I definitely do not appreciate their threats.

Oh, and to add the lady that called me in December was VERY rude.

Definitely very unprofessional.
