Colmed Disgusting Call Centre Agents!

Most disgustingly rude call centre agent! Colmed medical is such an ************ business. I owe a debt of R400 and I have been making payments but they have been increasing my total with calls that are R20 and sms that are R10.

I was just called by a disgustingly low life women agent who told me that my installments are meaningless. I tried to explain that I am unemployed and unable to make higher installments. She proceeded to tell and shout at me that the debt is increasing as Colmed is charging me per phone call and sms R20! What a damn *******! Greedy company! After yelling she refuse to listen to my query and simple ended the call.

Tell me Colmed what right does your company have to phone clients and treat them like *******.
