Service too poor and embarassing

After signing the debit order for two months to settle the debt of Dr Nashtar Parsoo the administrator is still sending me letters of demand and finally they are threatening legal action saying that I'm going to be listed for the debt I have settled. Colmed please check and update your records. Two amounts of R1003.00 were paid on the 25th of November and 25 of December 2020 respectively.
