Rude and unprofessional!!!!!!!!!

Rude and unprofessional. Insisting I have received an sms the day before in which I did not, and the lady continues and insist that I did. The account is for 2018 June and I have never received any info regarding this as I tried to explain and the lady continue implicating me as untruthful. I have consulted with my attorney and he said the debt has prescribed. This company spoiled my entire day!!
