RIDICULOUS CHARGES

i am shocked and frustrated by the charges the collection debts charged me, last month, i received an sms with a balance of R300 to pay after missing a payment on my monthly arrangement with them, to my surprise now the account has shoot sky high to R670.04 when i want to settle the R300 and i am told the phone calls and sms are charged on me, so ridiculous!!
