Poor service

Colmed will always buzz or call you with an automated call then it rings without an agent answering. Keep in mind their call is about R30 which means your debt will pile up due to calls that they did not even attend to. I reported the matter to them and it seems they did nothing about it. Even when you've paid they'd call without checking their statements and ypu have to call them time ans again so that they clear it. Now we are left with a huge amount of phone call bill
