NO FEEDBACK

I am chasing up these people for 3 weeks for a paid up letter. I've sent requests to their WhatsApp number no luck. They do not answer their phones either. They are quick to call you for payment and harass you. But cannot hold up their end. I want a statement as well. Because I will be taking it further if they have added 1cent interest after the 31st October 2020. I'll give them 1 day to respond.
