Colmed *****s your money!

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. My husband went through to Health-Worx Valley View in the beginning of the year and they contacted us only in April during the lockdown period to say that our medical aid didn't pay in full. We rep**** twice to 2 separate emails to let them know as soon as lockdown has been lifted, we will pay in full. This was all in April, only to find out that they handed us over to a place called COLMED DEBT ADMINISTRATION in May. July, we paid the full amount as we promised and now we owe an additional amount to their very rude debt administration (COLMED), who refuses to assist and said it doesn't matter what our arrangement was, we now owe them money even if we paid HEALTH-WORX in full. We will never refer any of our friends and family to this place. Health Worx is not interested in rectifying this with their debt administrators either... Will post as much of this bad review everywhere!
