6 YEARS AS A LOYAL CUSTOMER AND GET ****** FROM

I have been a pool maintenance and repairs client for FIVE loyal years. I asked the owner, Coll to look at slight noise coming from pool pump. He took away pool pump sadly I was not present bit ********ly trusted Coll. He charged me R1890 to \service\" the pump. He brought back another pump on Mon 15 Feb at 15.00 and has removed an expensive R680 timer which he installed in June 2015. He told me at the time this was an excellent timer coping with the power outages. Yesterday in a phone call he denys removing the timer, denys giving me another pool pump. Laughs at me, asking me why he would ***** a timer, that he has hundteds of pool timers. He charged me R250 to clean a small pond which want cleaned propey the 1st time. I have photos of the original pump. Coll the owner laughs in my face telling me that he never installed a separate timer, ever, on my timer box and laughs and mocks me when I ask him for my original pool pump. Saying to me \"Is that not your pool pump take it out and look\". His service has been shocking, his manner and accusations shocking and out of line. He thinks I am a white stupid woman who never checks the pool pump. I pay him R750 a month for pool maintenance."
