I confronted Toyota, I was told the method they use to get information from my car is not approved by toyota. Toyota themselves are the only persons that can recover information to tell the insurance what happened. I am going to the ombud" I empathise with him and I would like to communicate with him. The insurance companies aiding and abetting such greed and ******* activity MUST be compelled to stop such harm inflicted on their customers.
