Terrible service

<p>My car was ****** and recovered 4 weeks ago and sent through to collision pros. </p> <p> </p> <p>After they received it they assured me that the car would be ready the Friday. </p> <p>When wanting to collect the car they advised me the next week as they where waiting on parts. </p> <p> </p> <p>It has been 4 weeks. </p> <p>I reversed a payment made to them as the car was not ready. </p> <p> </p> <p>I went to to collect the car today and their card machine was not working. They advised me that I can do an eft and it will be released. After doing the eft they refused to release the car. When asking them for a breakdown on what was done on my car they refused. The manager was too scared to come out to even have a look in my face. They are rude and ************* and this is just the start of how I am going to make everyone aware </p>
