Poor Workmanship

The workmanship of the repairs is completely below standard. When I was eventually allowed to pick up my car it would seem their quality control check was nothing but a job.<br> <br> This is extremely poor workmanship and I am shocked that Santam would even consider using this company.<br> <br> This is barring the fact that I was told on the 29th February that my car would be finished by COB, on arrival, I saw that the door had only been installed was was completely bear.<br> When I finally went back again to pick it up I had to show them these very obvious faults.<br> So I have now been there twice and will have to go back a third time to fix there poor workmanship.<br> Now I have to pay my excess to them? I have now lost personal and working hours and additional costs arranging transport etc and I receive the above-mentioned poor performance.
