Pathetic service

<p>The absolute worst place that you can ever deal with. Completely appalled by their lack of etiquette and morals. Sad that Outsurance insisted on using them as their approved panel beater.</p> <p>3 weeks gone and still doesn't look like I will get my car, and it only needed a new bonnet and windscreen.</p> <p>They do not update you on anything and always say "I'll call you back" and never do.</p> <p>I shudder at the thought of what my car will look like after they have completed their work.</p>
