Useless Job Ethics

<p>I was previously employed by CMC,</p> <p>I left them because they have the most poor work ethics and should not ever be regarded as a coporate company,</p> <p>They only think about the supervisors and management,</p> <p>There is no proper HR department, </p> <p>People that work they probation periods that become permanent do not even get a chance to sign a permanent contract, as well due to one of the collegues he did not receive his December bonus yet everyone else did,</p> <p>The supervisor is the managers pet and cannot make decisions himself without consulting the manager, how the hell did he become a supervisor?</p> <p>As well as their company pay slips are not even professional at , there is no company logo , no company stamp</p> <p>They change peoples salary dates when ever they want and give the employees false hope to be paid on a specific date, comes that date and there is nothing reflecting in the employees bank account, then the employee must make ends meet by finding other means</p> <p>I really do think this is a fly by night company, were as they adminstor claims for regent insurance and only the CEO , manager , supervisors and HR reap the benefits,</p> <p> </p> <p>Anyway in a nut shell and a word of advise</p> <p>If you a desperate for a job </p> <p>DO NOT take a job at CMC, it is a hell hole...</p>
