I've been speaking to Busi Kunene (Claims Technician) since the 24/12/2015 to get my car booked for a wheel alignment and still up to today its still not done Her last communication to me was on the 16 February stating that the car had been booked for a wheel alignment in Newcastle which I had requested to be done during December holidays as I was that side but it wasn't done. I told her I'm working in Sandton and staying in Honeydew and if the booking is done after the festive holidays it be in any of the two places but till today its not done. Can you please get someone else to assist with my query because clearly Queen Busi has other better things to do with her time.<br> <br> I thank you
