I sent my quotes with pictures as requested only to be told that my dent is more than 15cm and my claim is rejected. I requested his superiors contact to escalate and he failed to provide any information hiding behind his ********** explanation. These insurance schemes get forced upon you when purchasing a vehicle stating all the benefits, but the moment you try and claim they try and find any excuse not to assist you. You are good enough when they want your money, but pleas never try and use the service they supposedly provide.
