Terrible company

I have been trying to get a claim approved sine 26 October after I sent through two quotations from approved panelbeaters as per their instruction as I wanted to have some scratches on my front bumper repaired.

Up to now I haven't had any successful feedback from them. I have been trying to get hold of them telephonically in the last week to actually cancel my policy with them. I have held on for more than 30 minutes at a time on their call centre number ********** 879 with no answer. I have sent numerous emails requesting to rather cancel my policy. Up to now I have not had any phone call from them to assist in anything with regards to my claim, or cancelling of my policy.

This is a very frustrating situation, and I will not recommend them to anyone.
