Scratch and Dent Policy
In December 2019, I bought Mazda CX Dynamic, the sale agent recommend me to join Paint-Tech Insurance for scratches and dents in which I did. Fast-forward, on 01 October 2021, I made claim for my front bumper fender in which on 06 October 2021, they wrote that my policy is rejected that my incident is more 15 centimeters. I do not know that I intentional scratch my car and should always think about their confinement. Please cancel your policy with these people, they are just self-centered company pursue profit in all cost. Do not fall in their trap. Be warn. Do not sign them, they provide *** reasoning when come to claim.

07 Oct 2021, 09:06When I was joining your insurance they told me I will have peace of mind for any scratch and dent incident, now you telling *******. There was no assessor came and measure my reported incident. You evaluated using a photo that I sent and my quotation was within benefit limit. You just a ripp-off company with no good ethical standard. Please South Africa do not take insurance from Collision Managment Centre or M-sure. Kindly cancel my policy with you. Good bye
