Ridiculous conduct

<p>Hi</p> <p>I have a dent and scratch policy with Regent that I am paying for monthly for the last 4years. I have only used it once for some repairs which was quoted for R2900. The policy only covers for R2000 for work done. The rest had to be covered by myself. I have sent in quotes for about R2100 and now CMC has repleid saying they won't cover it because it is more than R2000. I have offered to pay the R100 extra. But they refuse to pay the amount I am suppose to get for work done. How ridiculous it is that you pay monthly for something and then if you need it they demand you get a quote for less than that amount!!! And how does it work that it was okay 2years ago and now it has suddenly changed. Panelbeaters are expensive and there is very little you can have done for less than R2000.</p> <p>Another thing is that all the phone numbers that is listed on the emails I have received is incorrect and lead me to completely different businesses. I am really so frustrated</p>
