No response to Claim

Over a month ago I submitted a claim- I still have not received a response Over a week ago I sent a message on their site about my claim no response 1 am currently holding to get through for 36:22 min and counting Sent and email as well no response

On what planet is this a good or even fair business practice. CMC is part of Regent Insurance as a FYI to all. Sold with new or used cars as PaintTech... please be advised
