No customer service

I'm on their Renew Tech plan. In order for me to use their services without voiding my car warranty i need them to provide me with centers that deal with interior repairs but they are unable to which means i cannot get a quote from a registered centre and hinders my ability to claim. How is it that this is a service they provide but are unable to provide a list of upholstery repair center? Why cover a service that you do not have info on.<br> I have tried to get this information for the past two weeks even my dealer has tried to get this info from them but failed, i want o know what is the way forward.
