More then a week already submitted all paper work but still waiting

I have a dent and scratches cover from collision management centre and last week on 12th September I have submitted all the relavent documents regarding my claims and after whole week still waiting for them to approve. There approval time is only 48 hours. Very very disappointingservice. Not happy at all
