M-SURE

Submitted a claim with them and was told I am covered for up to R3000.00. They further went on to give me a list of panel-beaters to contact in order to get a quotation but the cheapest one on the list was R7000.00. I then called them about the prices and asked if I will be required to pay the difference and the answer was "yes".

After inquiring with them about this I was told to still send the documents for "valuation" which will not help me in any case as I will still be required to pay the difference. When I asked if I can I check for any other panel beaters was told "no" without any reasons given. It is only fair that I look for other approved panel beaters on my side since the dent job I need seem to be more expensive with their own approved Panel Beaters.

I think as this point it is only fitting that they give me the amount I am approved for than decline the whole thing because I do not have the difference required as per the quotations supp**** as they are unreasonably high considering the extent of damage. That way I can find my own panel beater and get the job done.
