Horrible Service from M-SURE/ Renew Tech/ Collision Management Centre.....They Are a bunch of ******.
The claims service is very bad and Not client centricity at all .One of their representative name Sipho Tivane.. Bad client service.
Once your damage is 1mm bigger then the 150cm length and diameter, your claim is rejected straight out, even it is still well within the quarterly budget payout. This ****** will also not even reconsider or even meet you halfway. It appears that its is very difficult to get a claim approved, as it appears they are just looking for an excuse not to payout.
Once again be warned, do not waist your time in getting this policy it's a total waist of time and money... try and look elsewhere..
