Horrible service from CMC
I was on Renewtech plan for 2 years, where i was told that after 2 years of not claiming anything i would be able to benefit with a claim free bonus of a aircon service / regassing. I enquired about this in the month that the polocy was due to end. I was told that I can only put the claim through with 30 days after the policy elapsed. Not within the next 30 days as they claim the claiming works. I have now been refused this bonus due to one of their colsultants spelling mistake on an email. Please help me get justice and get my claim free bonus which is owed to me
