HORRIBLE ... DO NOT TAKE POLICY WITH THEM

I logged a claim on the 17th of May 2018, no response until the 13th of August when they were telling me that the policy lapsed on the 1st of JUNE... ????? The claim was logged before that date and they decided to ignore the claim. Their supervisor Tshilo Rantai insists that they did not see the email, even after I resending to her, she keeps making silly excuses.
