Half done repairs on my car

<p>About a month ago i claimed for minor dents and scratches on my car and CMC sent me a list of repair centers to get quotes from which i did, i sent the quotes to them and they approved one for Lekoa panel beaters in Vereeniging, i then took my car in. they only fixed the bumper and when i complained about the side that was still bent and loose, the person i was dealing with from cmc(Sean Gouws) told me he will have a look at the car and he called me the next day telling me there was an error in communication between the repair center and myself. he then asked me to claim again this month, my cover is for 2000(3000) and i was quoted R2110 which i paid for the difference, what i wasnt told is that they will only fix the bumper(which then defeats the whole purpose of taking the car in for an assessment of the damage). this month again Lekoa panel beaters contacts us and tells us it will cost us R9000 to fix the fender, this is unacceptable, we tried the other repair centers and we are now being quoted over R4000, i am extremely unhappy with the service i have gotten from CMC/Platinum paint tech,i would like for this matter to be reviewed as soon as possible as im inconvenienced by this. i want my car fixed urgently. I also need a resolution to this as soon as possible and im canceling my cover with this joke of a company.</p>
