06 Jul 2021, 18:11I sent my quotes with pictures as requested only to be told that my dent is more than 15cm and my claim is rejected.
Even after sending the pictures that i measured the dent with a ruler as a prove that the the dent is not more that 15cm, Sipho Tivha declined my claim.
Instead he tells me that their decision is final and they are unable to attend to my claim. Ms-584040
