Dismal service, lack of communication

<p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I am extremely disappointed with the service. </p> <p>I submitted a claim on 17/02/2017 for dents and scratches , I received a response from the consultant (Portia Vuso) acknowledging receipt of my documents and stating I would get feedback within 48hours (2 working days). </p> <p>It's almost a month now and I have not received any feedback and no one is responding to my emails. </p> <p> </p> <p>If you're considering them, save yourself!</p> <p> </p>
