Collision Management Centre, MSURE and Regent's Renewtech policy is worthless

Rejected repair of front bumper as it's more that 15cm. It's not a scratch, it's small stones from the road damaging the bumper at the bottom. The quote is still under the value what I'm entitled to per quarter so what is the problem. "RenewTech is for people who value their vehicles and want to keep them in great condition" - so then this is false advertising if they don't live up to their end of the bargain. Wish I never took this product. Will probably loose some money now in cancelling this useless policy I never used or intend to use ever.
