Collision management center sells **** scratch and dent policy

Bought my vehicle 4 years ago from nissan and was sold a scratch and dent policy. 1st Nov 2020 scratched the mirror and post so after calling the dealership was referred to cmc who said me documents and claim forms to fill asking for 2 quotes I managed to get all of that and forwarded to them last week. Today get a mail saying been rejected because claims can only be processed within 30 days Wasted all of my time when initially they should have said that instead of forwarding me the claim forms. What a **** system and a waste of my time. My vehicle is 300 000 and the claim was for 2500. Next time you go to buy car don't fall for the scratch and dent policy **** especially if it's from cmc
