CMC not assisting me with my claim.
They sent me details of another customer over and over again even if I told them. POPIA? They also told the panel beater I was covered for less 3000 than they told me when i initiated the claim 5000. I dont complain but just wanted to let others know my experience. They did not even assess my car properly so I am sitting here asking myself why i even chose these guys. I have to now fight with them to do their jobs the right way. I would not advise anyone to get this cover!
