CMC disappointment
I called CMC to claim on the bumper to bumper policy I have with them. I went to the places they recommended to get quotes and took pictures and sent them in. My claim got rejected because they say it exceeds 15cm or isn't covered and the policy. the damage is scratches and not big ones at that. The cheapest quote I got falls below the R4000 claim limit by close to R1000. What's the point of having this policy if having to claim is so tedious and having used my own petrol to go get the quotes. feeling very cheated right now.

13 Dec 2019, 10:41You should honestly inform people before they sign up that you won't payout even if damage is below the claim limit. Your business practice will surely scare of customers.
