CMC (Collision Management Centre)
Do not take insurance with Collision Management Centre , Sipho Tivane declined my claim saying that the scratch is more than 15 cm . I sent him a picture I measured with a ruler and the scratch is actually 9 cm . He sent me a picture with just a line no measurement . I regret wasting my money on them , I fell ****med honestly .

We acknowledge receipt of your complaint.
We have reviewed your claim and can confirm that your claim was correctly rejected as the damage is wide of the cover provided. (Damage is in excess of 15cm in diameter).
The measurements provided by yourself, did not include the full diameter of the damaged panel.
We regret to advise that we could not assist in this instance.

06 Oct 2021, 08:49We will then take this up with OMBUDSMAN, i measured and the scratch is 9cm. i do not know how you do your measurement from looking at the picture. The picture you sent its just a line and it has no measurement . How much did you guys measure ?
