CMC are not worth it

On 15/08/2018 I logged a claime with cmc since I had a dent on my car. They asked me to get 2 different quotes form their partners they listed on the list they send me. I did all the best I can to get those quotes since I’m working Monday to Friday 7 till 4.

After they received the quotes after few days they send me an email saying my claime was decline due to the amount of the quote is exceeding my cover amount. I told them the contract I signed said if the quote is more than what they cover I will be responsible for the outstanding amount.

I told them I’m willing to do that all of a sudden they again want me to request anonther quote from different penel beaters which I can’t now make it in time and they give me 90 day to do so or else they official close the claime.

I feel like I should reverse call their debit orders and rather go for Bidvest Dent and screech cover . They really annoyed me so bad . Now I’m still driving my car with a dent they where suppose to fix over 2 months back.

So I’m waiting for their finally email to say they officially closing the claime. Then I will get my lawyer involved since they can’t stick to what they say on the contract. And till now they keep on deducting money on my account and they can’t even assist with my claime..
