Claim not authorised

<p>Hi, i had put in a claim in January, and the crew from CMC sent me for a qoute, and i got a qoute from Dent Doctro Malboro</p> <p> </p> <p>The qoute was sent to CMC for authorisation, and i have received an sms confirmation that the claim has been notifed with Regent. and will be contacted within 4 days to complete the registration of the claim *** (that was on 23rd of Feb)</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been phoning to follow up the claim and i been sent from pilar to post and also send email follow ups, which are not rep****.</p> <p> </p>
