Claim for car paint damage

i have put a claim for my car paint damage, and Aasim gave me the names of repair company to go to for a quote and a document to complete. i did all this and sent it back to him on the 10 July 2015. up until to this day i havent heard from him, i called and emailed with no luck. he didnt even bother to respond to any of my emails, after they promised to contact you back withing 48 hours of receiving all the documents.<br> <br> i was due to renew they policy and i will never ever ever renew it seeing that they dont keep their promises.<br> <br>
