End Dec beginning Jan 2019 my mirror was scratced - About a week after my company reopened - I bumped my spoiler/bumper on the pavement and in my garage against a fishing box - my bonnet was chipped - small chip - not sure what happened - I said to them it was most probably a stone chip or something - I lodged a claim early Feb online - No response - I lodged another claim no respone - after I called them I got a claim number in February, since February until today I've been batteling with them , they rejected my bumper as it is toen and longer than 15cm - I had an argument with them , asking them to send the assessor as it is not torn neither longer than 15cm - Dent Doc even send a letter confirming that - No RESPONSE from them, My bonnet chip ws rejected as suddendly it doesnt fall under this - its a paint chip??? They approved my morror only because its the cheapest R650 - Ive been batteling I have a R2000 per incident cover and they are just looking for excuses all the time - Guys seriously - Good advise this policy is not worth it - I had claims before, bumper & Bonnet - No problem - maybe there is a new company invoilved - but they are sharks not here for us.
