WEDDING DATE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!

To The Owner of Collisheen Estate Wayne !!!! On the 13th of December 2020 I had my wedding at Collisheen Estate the Boma Yes Indeed it is a beautiful venue and i had a lovely co coordinator up until the day of the wedding due to unforeseen circumstances Amanda was unable to be there on the wedding day to see through the set up instead she left with us two other assistants and we was advised we where in good care regrettable not the last thing a bridal couple wants is disappointment on their wedding day !!!!!

1. Paid for alcoholic ****tail but was served non alcoholic instead - 2. Arrangements had been made and discussed prior to the wedding for my starters to be served in the reception unfortunately they where served in the garden and half my guest did not even eat there so when it was time to serve my guest at the reception they was walking around with the balance they had 3.During the reception the worse thing that could possibly happen did ! the table fell while my guest where sitting and not once twice why because the table was not checked and was not in good condition that was the most embarrassing thing that could happen not forgetting the guests on that table which i paid for half of them left after that and we had to move the others around to find a place during my reception! 4. After all that they had just finished serving supper and was starting to plate the dessert so i had told Thabi please would you dish some food for myself and husband as we did not eat as yet her response was sorry the food is all thrown away ???Who throws food away 10mins after you remove them and there was so much left ? 5.Then they started to serve the dessert and not seeing that half the people where not even at their places but instead they was rushing and started to pick them and throw them away without even checking if my guests ate or not. 6.To Top it all off the night was ending so i advised Thabi please would you keep aside my Nuptial Candles which mind you i paid a lot for !!!! I advised we will fetch it the next morning when we was coming to fetch the the letter lights. Well the next morning my husband went personally to fetch the candles and whatever balance was left Amanda was busy so she did not check the stuff. Well the candles where not in the box of items we fetched and when we advised Amanda about this she said she will get the guys to look for it but going back and forth from December till now the candles where never found and instead was advised that the stuff said it was in the box and no refund of any sort will be made . Well if it was in the box why on earth will be querying it???? so who is held responsible for this ?If you stuff say it was in the box then explain to me how the box did not have it and my husband fetched them personally and why would i believe you staff because when i spoke to Amanda about the above she said that is very strange because you do not throw food away the next day you give it to the needy so yes the issue of the candle makes me question who do I believe? If they accidentally threw it i would understand but not say it was given in the box to my husband when i was not that what is frustrating as no one will account for it !

After paying so much for a venue and after all the good reviews we saw before booking it i can say that the after service is pathetic and clearly there is no care to address issues and resolve them long as you have been paid and your wedding is done nothing else Matters to Collisheen

Well Wayne i hope you have some sort of answers to this and we can put this to bed as clearly we have no joy from your staff and the feedback we are getting!!!
